Qovia operates as data infrastructure: our search and raw endpoints supply the tools and services that enable access to publicly accessible content, claiming no ownership of and reselling no underlying content; datasets are structured derivatives from licensed sources, delivered under license terms. End users remain responsible for downstream use under applicable law and source-platform terms. Billing applies to successful requests only (HTTP 200 with non-empty payload).
